My parents got out their Christmas tree last week and had Lucy help them decorate it. Since then, she’s been begging us to get our tree out. I wonder if she’ll ever know that most people had live (chopped down) Christmas tress up until recently when fake…ahem (excuse me)…”artificial” trees became more acceptable. So far, we’ve dodged that question. 
We really had a fun time this afternoon watching Lucy pick out a few ornaments and putting them as high up as she could reach. This year, our tree (which is short to begin with) is up on a table so that Luke won’t pull it over. He’s in love with the tree, too. Christmas is so amazing through the eyes of the little ones! Have you gotten your tree out yet??
