Hey Girls, Let’s Have Breakfast!

I’m so excited about this I can’t stand it!!!

Our church, Clayton Community Church, is starting a “Quarterly Girls’ Breakfast Series”.  It’s a chance for women to get together to hang out and just be.  And they’ve asked me to be the first speaker!
The breakfast is on Saturday, March 8,  from 9:30 – 11:30 in the morning.  It’s potluck style so the idea is that A-M bring a protein dish and N-Z bring something else.  But – no one is gonna stop you at the door if you just come.  
I’d love for you to just come.  
I’m going to be talking about this:

My Ugly Back Yard.

Many of you know that we have a really ugly backyard. And I can’t stand it. But, in my disaster of a back yard I’ve been able to capture some of the best pictures of my kids.

My ugly back yard has taught me how to find beauty in disaster.  Learning how to find beauty in disaster in the real world was just a spring board for me in learning how to find beauty in disaster in the rest of my life.  It truly became a lesson of faith – which I’ve found to be the best kind of lessons.  I’ve learned and grown a lot and I’d like to share this story with you.  

So come and hear more about this. Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to raise your hand and come to the front to confess all your sins or anything like that. This is just me sharing my story.

I know you will have some great things to share that will encourage and inspire the women who are able to be there.
