…she schedules your swim lessons around the “best” light for pictures! Okay, well, the real reasons we signed up for the evening class is because I would have someone (either Chris or a grandma) available to help me out with Luke…but the light at this time of day is screaming “please, take a picture now!!!” It all worked out pretty good!
You’ve probably already figured out that the big news at our house is that Lucy started swim lessons last week! I think watching her at swim is my new favorite past time. It’s even better than watching “So You Think You Can Dance” 
! So I often I look at her and am amazed that she is such a big girl now – no longer my “baby” – and it makes me a little sad. But watching her at swim lessons makes me so happy for her – so happy for her to have the opportunity to learn and explore – and to see just how much she is capable of doing all by herself. It’s fun to watch her thrive. We’re so proud of you, Lucy!!!
Swim lessons make her SO happy – I think she just loves being in the water with other girls her own age, she loves having a “teacher”, and she loves this exciting new world of swimming. Here are some images from the first lesson.
