I love the new ones!

Meet Luka.  Look at how beautiful he is:

There is nothing like photographing a newborn.  Luka especially, he was so alert and so sweet.  His checks so kissable and his eyes so captivating…his button nose is just so perfect!!  

It’s obvious that Luka is cherished.  His parents can’t get enough of him and have so seamlessly stepped into their new roles.  I admired they way the cared and attended to him.  They were so patient and loving not only with Luka but with each other.  What a gift they are giving to their new one.  

You can see in this next picture that they are crazy for monkeys – one of his mommy’s co-workers made him this quilt showcasing sock monkeys!  It is just fantastic!!  We put the quilt, Luka, and a stuffed money down altogether to get this image.  It almost seems that Luka and the monkey might strike up a conversation

Then we got the family together for their first family portrait.  I love the way babies make family portraits so still and quiet, even Bubba is relaxed!!

I think this one is fun – can’t you just tell they are so happy and content just to be together.

And I just LOVE this one!  Luka, you make your mama glow!!
