You’re gonna wish you had an Eichler too!!

Okay, okay.  It’s not really about having an Eichler.  It’s more about having community.  And in our little Eichler neighborhood – you could say we found it.  Or maybe that we are creating it.  But anyway you slice it, you are going to want the biggest piece, and then come back for seconds.  Because what we have here is something special.

This year our neighbors Kyle and Sarah organized our neighborhoods very first 4th of July parade!  They have a big fancy name for it – and maybe they’ll leave it for you in the comment section because I forgot it – and together we had more fun then I think was had on these streets in a while.  Just check out the pictures:

We had plenty of kids:

3-boys

Plenty of vehicles (4 legged and otherwise)

vehicle

Plenty of music

street-session-16

Plenty of smiles!

And plenty of good ole’ American FUN!

We’ve been saying that next year we are going to have a ferris wheel and need police escorts!  Alright, maybe just a pancake breakfast.  Or maybe just the same thing over again.  I’ll tell you what, I’m counting down already!  Thanks Kyle & Sarah.  That was the best!
